Fees

Fees generally vary by service and case complexity, are performed at a fixed, hourly rate, ranging from $180 to $225 an hour. Comprehensive Neuropsychological Assessments are generally 6 to 12 hours, based upon the required service, and can range from $1500 to $4500. Testing fees for IQ and School Admissions is not covered by insurance, and range from $500-$1000, based on school admission needs (to include a written report).

Therapy and Psychological Assessment Services are covered by most insurance providers; however, it is best to contact your insurance company and verify coverage. Of course, plans vary, particularly with regard to mental health coverage, and we suggest you discuss your insurance plan with your insurance provider prior to receiving services.

Payments can be made in cash, check, and credit cards. We accept HSA cards. At this time, we do not offer services with Medicaid or State Insurances.
